Shark Details
Strangest Basking Shark sighting I've ever seen. Shark appeared directly below the boat coming from the depths and never surfaced. It stayed approx 15 ft below the boat for around 15-20 minutes as I drifted along at about 1 knot. Very large shark, close to twice my 19ft boat, pectoral fin almost as wide as the boat. On reviewing the sonar log from the fishing trip discovered there was another shark with it which just stayed out of sight.

Zero wind, sea like a mirror, water extremely clear, no plankton.
