Shark Details
Only the dorsal tip was visible. It was swimming and submerging fairly consistently. Not circling but seemingly back and forth. Comment from Jackie Hall: The first 'proper' shark of the season. We expect them to arrive about now. The very early shark spotted in Douglas Bay was a typical 'off-piste' pre-season shark. Thank you Susie and Iain! Let's look for more!
Environment Details
Very little wind, flat sea. Porpoise breaching on the horizon. The tide was in, the current through the Sound seemed quite fast.
I’m guessing the sea would be around 13c due to the temperature on land.
